We invest in cannabis, CBD/Hemp, or ancillary companies who have traction and revenue. We are happy to invest in both plant touching and non plant touching companies. We are location agnostic, but generally invest in US based companies.

Ideal companies have bootstrapped or raised a small round and have a product in market. We are not looking for pre-product/pre-revenue companies at this time. Our syndicate does not lead rounds, but we will co-invest alongside a lead investor. Don't fit our thesis? We have friends who invest in all stages and are happy to take a look at your company to see if we have a fit in our network.
